MPI College Prep Course (CPC)

MPI College Prep Course (CPC)

SIBU: MPI is providing the College Prep Course (CPC), a short programme that enables SPM, STPM, and UEC graduates to choose to study any subject in the Diploma programmes, including accounting/taxation, business, early childhood education, computing, social work, and language (Korean and English), over the course of one semester, lasting seven weeks.

In 7 weeks, one can learn fundamental accounting knowledge, key programming skills, introductory management knowledge, an innovative early childhood education approach, how to assist vulnerable groups to defend their rights, conversational Korean language, and English communication skills.

Upon completion of the course, an e-badge and certificate will be awarded for each subject completed, which can be converted into credits for the diploma programme. Students who are undecided about their course of study can try the subjects they are interested in and then transfer credits once they have decided. Students who know their education and career path they want to take can save time and money by earning credits first. Through CPC, working adults can also improve the knowledge and skills they need to add value to themselves.

The next intake for the College Prep Course (CPC) at Methodist Pilley Institute is May 12, 2023. There is no minimum entry requirement for the course; SPM, STPM, and UEC graduates can apply for the course with forecast or trial exam results.
