1. Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Early Intervention (special needs children)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach Early Childhood Education and related subjects to diploma and degree students within the ECE department, as allocated by and reviewed by the Head of Department.
- Assist in the management of existing and future academic programs (diploma, degree) under the direction of Department.
- Assist in the supervision of students in academic matters and provide support to students as needed.
- Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of Early Childhood programmes.
- Participate in the development, administration, and grading of examinations and other assessments.
- Participate in the administration of the department’s programs of study and other related activities as required.
- Conduct project, research, produce publications, and participate in departmental and faculty seminars to share research outcomes and promote interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.

- Maintain professional development through continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Responsible for establishing and developing the Early Intervention and Inclusive Education program within the Early Childhood Education setting under MPI ECE department management.
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Early Intervention or Special Needs Education.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related discipline is required for the Early Intervention position.
- Ability to follow instructions and carry out duties as directed by superiors.
- Strong teamwork skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, able to take initiative, and remain calm when handling crises.
