SIBU: Methodist Pilley Institute (MPI) welcomed the Bishop of the Methodist Church in Malaysia, Rev Dr T. Jeyakumar, and his entourage during his visit to the campus recently.
He received a warm welcome from President of Sarawak Chinese Annual Conference (SCAC) Rev Lau Hui Ming, Chairman of the MPI Board of Directors Paul Wong, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Principal of MPI Dr Lu Huong Ying, Director of Academic Affairs Alexander Augustine Druce, Director of Administration Ting Su Ding, Director of NEXTHub Hyacintha Wong, staffers of MPI, the student council and students from the Diploma in Nursing.
The entourage visited the Gail Pilley Library. They then proceeded to the Nursing Simulation Lab, where they were briefed on the settings of the lab and the facilities available. They were then briefed on the functions of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Simulation Lab.
