Registration period: 19 – 20 August 2025

All graduates must complete the registration form to confirm their attendance at the graduation ceremony.

* Graduation fee includes rental of gown, certificate, scroll holder, photos, graduation pack (with food vouchers), guest tickets and RM50 refundable deposit.

* If a graduand is unable to attend the graduation ceremony and notifies MPI on or after 4 September 2025, the full graduation fee will be forfeited. For notifications received on or before 3 September 2025, only the RM50 deposit will be forfeited.

Remarks:

Guest tickets will be issued based on the number indicated in the graduation registration form, with a maximum of 2 tickets. Extra tickets are subject to availability based on overall attendance and may incur an additional fee. 

 


Photograph

Wan Seng Colour Photo Studio Centre is the official photographer for MPI graduands. The following photo package is included in the graduation fee.

  • On-Stage Photo - 5R - 2 pcs (Photo only)
  • ⁠Individual Studio Photo – 8” x 12” - 1pc (Photo only)
  • Graduation Group Photo – 5” x 12” - 1pc (Photo only)

A photo booth will be set up in a classroom at Block C on graduation day for individual studio photo. However, to avoid long queues, graduates are encouraged to take their individual studio photo at Wan Seng Colour Photo Studio Centre beforehand.

Graduands who wish to have a family photoshoot for an additional fee may do so at the photo booth after the graduation ceremony, or by arranging a studio session directly with the photographer.

Attendance at the rehearsal is required to ensure smooth proceedings during the graduation ceremony.

7.10am Arrival of Graduands @ Block C
  • Graduands are to take attendance and wear gowns in the designated classrooms at Block C. Specific classroom assignments will be announced at a later date.
  • MPI Staff will assist degree graduands with the hoods & mortarboards.

Graduands Prepare to Line Up

  • Graduands to follow the instructions of MPI staff and prepare to line up

8.20am

Graduands Line Up to Wei Kuok Hall

  • Graduands to follow MPI staff and enter Wei Kuok Hall using the side staircase

8.15 – 8.55am

Guest Admission to Wei Kuok Hall

  • Only guests with tickets allowed
  • Children 12 & below are not permitted
  • Enter through 2 main entrances

8.15 – 11:00am

Live-Streaming

  • Guests without tickets can watch the ceremony at:

  • Graduands and guests must remain in Wei Kuok Hall for the entire ceremony

Protocol and Etiquette

To ensure a smooth and memorable graduation ceremony, kindly observe the following guidelines:

  • Be seated before the graduation ceremony begins. Guest seating is first-come, first-seated. We seek guests’ cooperation to follow ushers’ directions and instructions.
  • Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on silent mode.
  • Photography with flash is strictly not allowed during the ceremony.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted in the Hall
  • All graduands and their guests are asked to be seated and to remain in their seats during the entire ceremony
  • Children below 12 years old are strictly not allowed into the Hall

Remark:
The RM50 deposit will be forfeited if the gown is returned after this date, unless prior approval for late return has been granted.
