Not everyone starts out as a leader or manager at work. However, that does not mean they cannot become one—especially with the right skills. Anyone equipped with the right skills can make a meaningful impact on their team and their organisation.
This 2-year diploma programme imparts practical and applied knowledge and skills required to manage organisational development functions within the workplace. It prepares students to face the real world through decision-making and problem-solving. Students will explore various business disciplines including management, marketing, accountancy, advertising, entrepreneurship, finance, human resource management, law, and information technology.
With the syllabus constantly being updated, students will not only cover a breadth of business aspects but will also acquire the right mindset and the necessary acumen to give them a head start in their business management careers.
