Dr. Lu Huong Ying
Dr. Lu Huong Ying received the PhD in Educational and School Leadership from University Malaya (2013), the Master of Science in Molecular Parasitology (2003) and the Bachelor of Science in Resource Biotechnology (1998), both from UNIMAS. Dr. Lu has extensive experience in organisational and leadership in her professional career. She had worked as a Chief Operating Officer for a renowned university and had experience as a Corporate Executive Secretary. She was a journal editor for a US-based editing company, specialising in scientific journals related to molecular biology and wildlife discipline.

Mr. Alexander Augustine Druce
Mr Druce obtained his Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 1998 and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance (with Distinction) from Open University Malaysia in 2013. He has 16 years of extensive banking experience in three listed local Malaysian banks encompassing credit administration, marketing, equities dealing, internal audit, corporate and SME financing and Islamic banking. Prior to joining MPI in 2017, he was the pioneer staff for University Technology Sarawak (UTS) having served as a Senior Lecturer and was involved in programme development for Foundation, Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting programmes. Mr Druce is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants (UK) and an Associate Member of Asian Chartered Institute of Bankers.
