Financial Aids: Foundation Scholarship

Hii Kah Tung Foundation 

Every year, MPI recommends four students for this scholarship (RM2,000/yr). Applicants must submit a completed application form and all required documents to the Institute at least 2 weeks before the deadline specified by the Foundation.
The Foundation publishes in major newspapers throughout the state to announce the availability of application forms and the deadline for application, usually in March/April of the calendar year.
Upon conferment of such scholarship, the reciepients are required to sign an agreement with the Foundation, and are legally bound by the Agreement. S/he shall maintain good conduct and above-average academic results to remain eligible for renewal of the scholarship. The Foundation maintains its liberty, by one month's notice in writing to the student(s) to terminate the award.

Hii Yii Peng Foundation 

Priorities are given to Pre-University students with good Form 6 or STPM results. However, other students with good academic results and from poor family backgrounds are also eligible to apply.
Each year, approximately four MPI students, upon recommendation from the Institute, will benefit from this Scholarship(RM2,000/yr).
Availability of application forms, deadline of application, and other terms and conditions are similar to that of Hii Kah Tung Foundation.

Rimbunan Hijau Scholarship Foundation 

Students from poor family background with good academic results may seek recommendation from the Institute when applying to this Scholarship Foundation. The amount awarded is usually on a case-to-case basis.
